Value for money with great service
I really loved the service - getting picked up by the hotel and dropped off at the Auckland International Airport was a great bonus and being able to park our vehicle somewhere secure for free for the week. Top notch staff and real close to airport.
Room was quite dusty but once we advised staff they took care of this. Otherwise value for money accommodation.

Basic rooms, very clean and sufficient for one.
Location, perfect stay, near the airport Good for one night
Shuttle was not flexible, could only pick 11 people and would not do 2 trips, following day, shuttle worked until 10 :(

What was the highlight of Airport Garden Inn Hotel & Conference Centre
Very Good
The inside cleanliness was very nice. The night meal was nice in the evening. Beautifully comfortable bed, but only a very low couch is not good for older people.
No breakfast available very disappointing, due to having a later flight no car we had to go early to the airport to be able to eat. The number of locals using the gaming machines in the afternoon and evening with no room for the guests to have a game or 2 and they were quite rude. Also, the receptionist that was on in the early evening was standing on the front deck outside the main doors vaping. I am sorry but definitely was not a good look for the hotel.

A satisfied stay.
The rooms were clean and the basics in good order. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Good value for money when all you want is a room for a few hours before heading to the airport.
The building and surrounding gardens are dated.
